How Hotel Lobby AI handles photos and account information.

Photo previews

In the current release, selected photos are previewed in your browser. With generation unavailable, these previews are not sent to our servers.

Accounts

If you choose to create an account, we store your email address, profile and authentication records in our Cloudflare-hosted database. Account features are separate from photo previews.

Generation when available

After generation is enabled, photos you submit will be temporarily stored and shared with the selected AI provider to generate your requested video. The tool will identify availability before upload. Results are private by default and are not published automatically.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for account sessions and interface preferences. No advertising tracking is configured in this release.

Purchases

Checkout is unavailable in this release. Before it opens, we will identify the payment processor and publish payment and retention details.

Retention and contact

Before generation and purchases open, we will publish a retention period and support contact for data access and deletion. Do not submit personal content to generation while this feature is unavailable.
